Bennet Jacoby a periodontist in Kona, HI and the original patent holder for the periodontal endoscopy system is selling his minimally used Perioscope.  He bought it a couple of years ago and then started working on a piezo GV/curettage system at bentips.com.  This to attract general dentists do a new version of hack and pack exposing roots for visual cleaning and also for RDHs to do curettage.  Makes sense but a step back if you ask me, but OUCH.  So anyway contact me if you are interested.
